Should you wish to return an item for replacement or refund, please notify us by email at info@azuradawn.com and we will resolve the matter immediately. Please note that refunds will only be made to the original purchaser. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Incorrect Item – Azura Dawn will refund your payment for an item that was erroneously shipped. The item must still be in its original packaging.
Defective Item – Azura Dawn will refund your payment for a defective item when the item is returned with all of its original packaging. We will replace your item free of charge.
Change in Preference – We’re no stranger to this one. Everyone has a change of heart from time to time. Simply return it to us in the original packaging and we will refund your purchase price minus shipping charges.

Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email.
